Top Star Sports Management (Pty) Ltd is a sport development, talent recruit, player mentorship and sport event organising company. It is solely owned by former professional rugby player Lungelo Payi. In our sport development initiatives, we focus more on junior players and on disadvantaged communities. We also provide life skills programs that make the social change in different communities. We give mentorship and guidance to the graduates of our programs. TSSM also organises sporting events such as tournaments, coaching clinics for players and coaches and coaching courses for the TSSM coaches. Lastly, we also recruit talented senior players to play for big clubs in different leagues.
