Play Soccer Ghana

Play Soccer Ghana is a Sports for Development nonprofit organization that targets children and young people aged 5 to 25 years with the goal of equipping them with the requisite life skills needed for their healthy development into skilled, capable, educated and responsible adults who can then become agents of change within their communities as well as act as a catalyst for community development on a whole. Our main interventions focus on promoting life skills development, good health and wellbeing, sanitation and hygiene, quality education, and the development of livelihood skills. Operating with the motto “Play for Fun, Learn for Life”, the majority of our activities are driven by our football-activity-based programme, which harnesses the unique appeal of football for community development and social good and consists of three interrelated sections including health, social, and soccer; using a structured manual.
