A clean mind, body and soul are the essence of a healthy, sporting body and often, the balance between the three can be hard to maintain. This award will be presented to the SSCNA member that has best demonstrated excellence using sport, physical activity, or physical education, to improve the general health and overall wellbeing of the individuals involved in their project or program.
