Hoops 4 Hope, a non-profit organization since 1995, has been working in underserved communities in Cape Town, South Africa, and Harare, Zimbabwe.
Empowered by Sport and the spirit of Ubuntu: I Am, Because We Are, Hoops 4 Hope is committed to building and sustaining a community ecosystem that is a catalyst for positive youth development and social change. We combine Basketball and our skills 4 life programming. H4H has been able to remain steadfast in its focus improving the health and well-being of young people.
