Eldoret Sports Development Centre is a Community Based Organization (ESPODEC KENYA) located in the Langas slums of Eldoret, Kenya. We use sports, leadership and education as tools to reach out to the community. We believe in providing the children/youths a safe and secure environment for their growth. We do so through sporting and non sporting activities. In addition we do other programs such as the school programs such as mentorship/counselling program, inter-schools sports, debates and cultural competitions), community outreaches (community clean ups and tree planting), life skills and counselling sessions and lastly the Tunajiweza Girl Empowerment Project. We also have a ladies team called Espodec Starlets that participate in the Uasin Gishu county women’s league.
